Isuzu East Africa’s (Isuzu EA) appointed dealer, Central Farmers Garage (CFG), has today opened their new dealership in Bungoma. The new facility was set up at a cost of over Ksh 40M to provide vehicles, genuine spare parts and aftersales services to Isuzu customers in western Kenya.
Speaking at the launch of the Dealership, Isuzu EA Managing Director Rita Kavashe pointed out the crucial role CFG Dealership in Bungoma will play in providing convenient sales and aftersales support services for Isuzu Customers.
“We are excited to launch the CFG Bungoma Dealership today which maintains our status as the most expansive dealership network in Kenya,” said Ms Kavashe. “As market leaders over the last six years, we have worked hard to ensure that our customers receive the best in aftersales at convenient locations. This is part of the Isuzu Gold Service Standards,” explained Ms Kavashe.
Ms Rita Kavashe highlighted the major investment in Isuzu EA aftersales business through partnership with its dealers.
“The launch of this dealership is a testimony of Isuzu EA’s continued investment in the Kenyan economy through quality products, services and a wider distribution footprint to improve overall customer experience. Its presence in the county will also facilitate transfer of skills through specialized trainings and employment opportunities for the youth,” she added.
CFG Managing Director, Richard Kamau thanked Isuzu EA for the technical support in improving their dealership offerings to their customers since 1987.
“We are delighted to be opening our 4th CFG Isuzu dealership branch in Kenya today. As a business, we are keen to invest more into our dealership and provide our customers with a one stop solution in genuine parts and professional vehicle servicing,” said Mr. Kamau. “CFG similarly supports the growth of Bungoma County and its people. In regards to this, the facility has provided direct employment to 21 residents, supporting the local value chain through purchase of associate services, paying local county taxes and providing indirect employment opportunities,” added Mr. Kamau.
Presiding over the launch of the CFG Facility, Bungoma County H.E. Governor Wycliffe Wangamati congratulated Isuzu EA and CFG for the great milestone adding his full support in growing their business in Bungoma.

Similarly, we thank Isuzu EA and CFG for setting up this dealership in Bungoma County, a demonstration of trust in our county’s economy. This is an investment that will enable the locals access employment and improve their household incomes,” said Governor Wycliffe.
To celebrate and commemorate the opening of the facility, Isuzu EA customers will enjoy up to 17.5% discount on over the counter (OTC) Parts and 22.5% on those fitted at the Workshop. With a capacity to service 7-8 vehicles, CFG is keen to expand the dealership to grow its Isuzu offerings in Bungoma County.
