R. Kelly Dropped By Sony Music After Sexual Abuse Allegations

Sony Music has officially dropped R Kelly and dissolved its working relationship with the singer.The record label has been the 52-year-old’s home for his entire career.Sony’s alleged decision comes amidst the backlash that he’s faced after Lifetime aired their documentary “Surviving R. Kelly”.

Lifetime’s documentary Surviving R.Kelly  prompted a criminal investigation into the 52-year-old singer’s abusive behavior after it aired.The ignition singer will face legal action after multiple women came out accusing him of holding them hostage and making them sex slaves.The women detailed in the documentary how he held them hostage and abused them for years.

The documentary also goes into his relationship with singer Aaliyah who he impregnated and married when she was only 15 years of age and he was 27.The women also detailed how the singer tortured them by denying them food and other basic amenities as a tactic to control them.R Kelly has come out denying the accusations and has launched a website titled surviving liars.

Today a new  victim called Tracy Sampso came forward claiming that when she was a 16-year-old intern at Epic Records she was sexually abused by him.Kelly maintains his innocence and his lawyer has also denied that the singer has done anything illegal.
