Former AFC Leopards striker Keffa Aswani has finally made a comeback to the National soccer team Harambee Stars that will rumble against Mozambique on September 2 in an International friendly clash in Maputo.
The Nakumatt striker was drafted by head coach Stanley Okumbi in his latest 19 man locally assembled squad ahead of the tie the first since
losing to Sierra Leone in an AFCON Qualifiers back in June. Aswani has
so far scored six goals this season for his club Nakumatt FC in the
Kenyan Premier League (KPL).
Also making a comeback is Ulinzi Stars left back Omar Mbongi and
Gor Mahia winger George ‘Backberry’ Odhiambo who has been on a good form for his club this season.
